The philosophy

For a sustainable sustainabtlity concept!
The overuse of the concept of sustainability got conspicuous in the last years. Our conviction is, that this means more good then bad, because a shift of thinking in daily life is necessary to life in a more socially and ecologically healthy world one day.

In our business this requires a consequent change, also when it comes to the choice of our clients: We want to work  for projects and organisations who are working on the same goals as we are. For example

Selbstfindung

  • for educational projects rather than for pointless consume-maximising action.
  • for social banking and microcredit-institutions rather than for commercial banks, which invest in arms industry.
  • for electric car developement rather than for the traditional car industry.
  • for sustainable energy projects rather than for the nuclear power lobby.
  • for all the many other do-gooder instead for the do-bader.

You can get a detailed overview at our Selfdiscovery-Tagcloud. We can sum it up by saying: We want to do good, instead of ignoring or even contributing to the deplorable states of affairs.

“Be the change, you want to see in the world.” – Mahatma Gandhi

The green office

The use of ecological sustainable materials is self-evident to us. We try to be “green” whenever possible: in private use and in the implementations of projects and ideas. That means of course green electricity, recycled paper, ecological ink  – but at least as much as important as that is to avoid unnecessary campaigns, instead promote responsible-minded consumer behaviour and an efficient use of media.

The people

If you want, you can call us a family business. We live and think together; thought do very different things. In the last years we found interdisciplinary connections. We found these connections attractive, so we want to built on them.

Mirjam & Philipp

Mirjam Müller, born in 1987 is a social worker (B.A.). As a part of the bachelor thesis Mirjam worked on the implementation of social media in social organisations.

Her life is dominated from social commitment in various areas. A one-year trip to India strengthend her urge to change the world. This qualifies her for the quality management concerning the responsibility concept we stand for.
We believe that think will be a suitable platform, to materialize Mirjams ideas.

What do we do personally to improve world’s situation?

We try to live as sustainable and resource-saving as we can. Our key is the inner development for example the teachings of yoga, food and the permanent urge for knowlege and development. We usually get more into details of this on a personal level – our friends and family will know what we’re talking about ;). Our personal blog kompostmodern tells more.
